How To Exchange or Return

Repackage your item(s) in its original state, and mail it to our NJ warehouse (45 Fernwood Avenue, Suite D, Edison, NJ  07090) within 30 days of receipt of original shipment. 

 

Return Policy

It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach the Queenvirgin Remy warehouse in Atlanta, GA. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may require an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

 

Exchange or Return Product Eligibility 

Eligible Products:
In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.

Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange)

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.

 

Ineligible Products:
Last call or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids and special order items.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will return the item(s) to you at your cost.

QVR 30-Day Love It or Exchange Policy Rules & Restrictions(IN-STORE & EXCHANGES):

The QVR 30-Day Love It or Exchange Policy applies to purchases made after 12/23/19 exclusively at our Harlem, Newark, Detroit, Washington DC and Charlotte locations until all Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) stores debut the all-new “Indian Temple Collection” and all-new “Premium Collection” hair. Purchases made before 12/23/19 do not apply.
Hair wefts must NEVER be cut or split as this will cause shedding. This 30-day policy is voided by the customer or the customers stylist if the hair weft is cut or split for ANY reason. Please be advised that minimal shedding is both normal and expected when dealing with 100% human hair rather it be on you scalp or bundle.
Customer MUST provide proof of purchase from Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) as mixing old or different hair company bundles will lead to inconsistent or unsatisfactory results thus voiding your QVR 30-Day Love It or Exchange It Policy.
If customer desires to color the hair, the customer must exclusively purchase the Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) "Blonde Hair Collection" and deposit color only! Any and all hair bundles bleached or lifted by the customer and/or Stylist immediately voids the QVR 30-Day Love It or Exchange Policy as bleaching and color lifts can easily damage pure human hair.
Hair MUST be washed and conditioned using the all-new Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) Professional Shampoo and Conditioner solely. Care products debut Jan. 2020.
Customer MUST consult Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) for any issues that arise as poor maintenance and/or improper care products are the leading source for many and most issues relating to pure human hair.
In the event of an authorized exchange, your Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) hair must be uninstalled (at your expense) and the wefts must NOT be cut or split during uninstall otherwise you void your warranty. Thereafter, your hair bundles must be returned (at your expense) and verified as authentic Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) hair prior to actual exchange. Queen Virgin Remy (QVR) will neither pay nor reimburse for new hair installs or hair uninstalls no exceptions. Please allow for 10-business days of processing time for online order returns and exchanges.
5) UPDATE the QVR website lower footer with the copyright year of 2020 not 2018.
