I love the hair it is soft and beautiful. I was only disappointed that it took very long to receive. The communication was bad. The tracking number was misleading it was saying "the order is being proceed and then it is on the way". On the site it says orders takes 3-5 days mine took forever.
I wish the could update the tracking and let the customer know where the order is. I sent 3 emails and tried to call on the Uk number without any luck. I was almost cancelling my order. I would also suggest thet you inform the customer if any proplem arise concerning.
Otherwise am happy with the hair and am placing another order.

QVR provided me with a simple and elegant hair at my cousin's wedding and I got lots of compliments. I was so happy with my hairstyle that I recommend it again.

This wig one of the best ones I’ve bought . It’s really soft , true to length & density. It came on time I couldn’t wait to put it on. The lace was definitely giving & it doesn’t tangle. It also came preplucked as well. It’s definitely worth the price . I was very satisfied. Will definitely purchase again. 5 stars for me . Very much recommend.

I got this product in a 26inch . The wig came in 1 week very fast shipping . It Came carefully packaged into a bag . It has plenty of volume and movement too it , no smell , minimal no shedding , and is very soft .
The wig was very much worth getting ,definitely worth the money .
