The quality is a 4 star for the hair isn’t even and you will waste a lot of hair I got six packs of supposed to be 12 inches and I received 10 inches so 3 packs will not be enough to do an entire head for the hair that is not usable is about 2 1/2 packs. Customer service did not respond about sending me 10 inches instead of 12.

It is a good quality. The color was better than I expected, I was nervous because it didn’t show the hair number at the time that I submitted the order. It turned out to be 99J thank goodness. Which blended very very well with my burgundy sista locs retouch!
