WE DO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF UNBOUNDED HAIR OR HAIR THAT HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH(WASHED, UNCOILED FROM THE WAVE OR CURL PATTERN, OR THAT HAS BEEN UNRAVELED FROM RUBBER BAND) . IF A BUNDLE IS APPARENT OF USE OF ANY KIND OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH WE WILL NOT REFUND ON ANY BASIS, AND WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE DECISION BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED HAIR.
